Delivery Information

We endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1 working day of payment being received.Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post service. Registered post can be arranged at purchaser’s cost on request. International orders are sent via Australia Post Airmail.

If you are ordering more than one product on the same order, you only pay the delivery charge for the first product.


Usual delivery time by courier: 1-5 business days. All orders must be paid inadvance. Orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days from the date of payment. We attempt to let you know before you order if a product is temporarily out of stock. However, occasionally supplier may run out of a product that is usually in stock. If this occurs, we will do everything we can to get the product to you as soon as possible. If there will be an extended delay, we will attempt to notify you and seek your instructions.

General Notes for Courier Delivery

A signature is required for all courier deliveries. Where possible we recommend using your work address as your delivery address to ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery.

We can not deliver to PO box addresses by courier

The usual delivery times as listed above are for delivery to suburban Australian addresses that are included in the overnight delivery network of the applicable courier. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas.

Delivery by courier is during business hours, Monday to Friday.

Delivery to New Zealand is by courier, and usually takes around four to nine business days.

Australia Post Delivery Please understand that delivery by Australia Post will take substantially more time than by courier.

There are two reasons for this: Your order may not leave us as quickly due to the time involved in sending orders by Australia Post, and that Australia Post delivery is usually slower than by courier. Please also note that occassionally we may need to send an order by courier - even when you have selected delivery by Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery by Australia Post.

Order Cancellation

Any paid orders not fullfilled and/or received within 21 days, customers will be notified and paid amounts will be refunded after 7 days of the 21 days of delivery time.

 Exchanges/Returns

1.How do I exchange an item?
The best way is to place another order and add a comment that you are going to return the other pair. The new order will not be shipped unless fully paid. Refund will be given when the returned goods are received in required condition described in terms and conditions on the home page.

2.How do I return an item?
Returning is easy. You just need to pack them properly and send to : 1305/33 T.E. Peters Drive, Broadbeach QLD 4218 Australia. The returned goods have to be in the original condition as received.

3.What is your return policy?
You may return any item within 30 days of the original shipping date.  The item must be in new, unused condition in original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories and shipped back to us in a shipping box, not the shoe box, to ensure full credit.  If an item returned is not clean or it is damaged. Item will be sent back to you at your cost.

4.How do I know when a return has been received?
We will send an email to you indicating when your return has been processed. If you signed in as a registered user when you placed the order, you will also be able to go back into your account and see the date the return was processed and any notes regarding your exchange/refund

5.When will my refund be processed?
Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days after a return has been received at our warehouse. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment (if you've closed the credit card account used to make the purchase then we will mail you a check). Please allow another 2-3 business days for a refund to appear on your account.

6.The item I ordered is defective. What should I do?
Contact us at sales@aussieuggbootsfactory.com.au regarding the issue and we will determine the next steps to take. Please include your order number and any digital photos in your email. Any items defective in workmanship or materials can be returned to us within 30 days of original shipping date. After that you must contact the manufacturer for warranty issues.
